Happy New Year everybody – yes, I can still say that as we are still in January - I checked. Once again we have been hit with another lockdown which we all definitely didn’t want, but it is something we all need to adhere to ensuring that our families and people around us all remain healthy and get through this pandemic.Our aim as a committee was to get this season completed ....

League cup weekend and the games didn’t disappoint. Woolpack hosted Schoolhouse in the clash of the round in a repeat of last weeks County Cup semi finals. This time it was Woolpack who took the spoils (and Schoolhouse saw red) as they ran out 4-1 winners. Horsford also ran out 4-1 winners against Aslacton. Schoolhouse against Woolpack in the Senior Cup was always going to the pick of the games and it lived up to it. Schoolhouse winning 2-1 after extra time with Woolpack down to 9 men. Charlie Roe and Shaun Taylor winning it for Schoolhouse.
